Bloggers are the kindest!

On 23rd August, 2016 I just decided to create my account on WordPress. I didn’t know what it was about. I have a friend who has a blog and posts only poems on it (she doesn’t know about my blog though). I thought it was a site for posting poems, honestly. I love poetry so i decided to create a blog just because…

It was an eyesore. I used to post unnecessary rants about how i could get more people to view my page and my design was terrible. My header was insanely huge and very ‘pixelated’. Kitty was one of the first bloggers I met on WordPress and i saw that her beautiful blog wasn’t for poetry alone like my friend’s. I also saw a post where she said we could send her an e-mail and i did. I needed help. i was so confused and needed a little guidance. Kitty provided me with exactly what I needed and I must say that she was very nice about her description of my blog. I took hours to get my blog looking like this and even though it’s not breath-taking, I know it’s simple and nice and it’s thanks to Grace aka Kitty. I’d like to thank Shereen too for being a darling to me when i started, and even inviting me to visit her in the US ( I won’t forget that). I’d also like to thank Cezane for being one of my earliest friends, it’s sad that I haven’t heard from him in a long while but I hope he sees this in future. I thank Bunny for also being a great friend with his kind comments. I really appreciate them. Thank you Esther for texting me on Whatsapp too. 🙂 I really appreciate Rohit and Madhumita for being so nice to me here when I began. I’m grateful to Saraa for adding me on snapchat and following me on instagram. I really admire your instagram page, by the way. And, I’m still going to honour your nomination. 🙂 Thank you for being so friendly to me, Savio 

Thank you all for following me. Thank you all for reading my posts. Thank you all for the likes and comments. Thank you for supporting me. I’m Nana Afia Adoma ( my name is actually longer.lol) and I really appreciate every single act of recognition by you all. I know that I can’t continue to thank you individually because I’ve met many really nice people here and I will miss out a lot of names. These are the people I started with and I felt obliged to mention them. I haven’t forgotten Allie for being my first follower. Thank you for replying my comment and introducing me to the blog, Making time for me. I have learnt so much and I know that I didn’t join WordPress for nothing. I belong here.

After five months I have two hundred followers and i just owe you all my appreciation. Stay Happy and kind. I’m very grateful 🙂
